Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using our services, you confirm you meet these requirements.
Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
Hosting/analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Cloudflare)
Internal support tools (e.g., Discord)
These third parties must comply with confidentiality and data protection laws.
Subscriptions & Payments
Agency ad account plansare billed on a recurring monthly basis.
One-time assets are billed at the time of purchase.
Payment is collected securely via third-party processors (Stripe or PayPal).
By purchasing, you authorize Giant Metrix, LLC to charge your payment method for agreed amounts.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which outlines:
One-time assets: Refunds only within 24 hours of delivery if the issue is not caused by client misuse.
Subscriptions: Refunds only within the first 7 days after delivery of the agency ad account, and only if the issue is not caused by policy violations, improper usage, or third-party bans.
Chargebacks filed after delivery are considered a breach of this agreement and may result in service termination.
Acceptable Use
Clients may not:
Engage in illegal or prohibited activities using ad accounts.
Violate the terms of third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook or Google Ads).
Share or resell login credentials without authorization.
Accounts may be revoked for abuse without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content, tools, branding, and frameworks provided through Advertiser Assets remain the intellectual property of Giant Metrix, LLC. Unauthorized distribution, resale, or duplication is strictly prohibited.
Disclaimer
We do not guarantee:
Ongoing account access if third-party platforms (like Meta) change policies.
Specific advertising results, performance, or approval of ad campaigns.
That services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Use of our services is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
Giant Metrix, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for:
Platform bans due to client error or non-compliance.
Business losses, lost revenue, or indirect damages.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 30 days.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service without refund if:
Terms are violated.
Fraudulent activity or chargebacks are detected.
Abuse of systems or misuse of ad accounts occurs.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any legal dispute shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Kings County, NY.
