Thank you for choosing Advertiser Assets. We are committed to delivering high-quality digital assets and ad account services. This policy outlines the terms governing subscriptions, refunds, and dispute resolution for all our services.

Scope of Services

This policy applies to:

One-Time Purchase Digital Assets: Single deliverables such as creatives, templates, or custom setups.

Agency Ad Account Subscription Plan: A recurring monthly service that provides access to ad-ready advertising accounts. By purchasing from Advertiser Assets, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

One-Time Purchase Assets

Refund Eligibility: Clients may request a refund within24 hours of delivery only if the asset delivered is defective or not as described, and the issue is not due to user error, third-party tools, or platform bans unrelated to our delivery.

Refund Process: Requests must be made in writing to [email protected] with evidence of the issue (e.g. screenshots or video walkthrough).

Exclusions: Once files are delivered and accessed/downloaded, they are considered fulfilled. No refunds are granted beyond the 24-hour window.

Agency Ad Account Subscription Plan

This is a monthly subscription-based service that renews automatically unless canceled. It includes setup, access, and monthly maintenance of advertising accounts.

1. Delivery & Use

Your subscription starts upon payment of your agency plan.

Accounts are considered “delivered” once your dedicated account manager has notified you that your account is now ready via our communication platform..

We provide unlimited replacement if bans or suspensions are experienced.

2. 7-Day Evaluation Period (Initial Month Only)

Exclusions: Once files are delivered and accessed/downloaded, they are considered fulfilled. No refunds are granted beyond the 24-hour window.

3. Monthly Subscription Terms

Renewal: The service renews every 30 days unless canceled via written request at least3 business days before the next billing cycle.

No Partial Refunds: After the 7-day window, no refunds are granted, including for unused time, non-use, or client-side error.

Cancel Anytime: You may cancel future charges at any time, but cancellation does not retroactively refund the previous billing period.

Chargeback & Dispute Handling

To help prevent unauthorized disputes:

Clients must agree to this policy at checkout (via checkbox or link).

All delivery is documented via timestamped email or platform logs.

We retain evidence of delivery, use, and communication for all orders.

Chargebacks filed after successful delivery may result in account termination and loss of service access. We reserve the right to report fraudulent claims to appropriate platforms and credit bureaus.
